Apart from the above faculty, all Faculty Members of the Engineering School are inherently affiliated with the program in that students enrolled to the program can do their thesis work with any Engineering Faculty Member as long as the topic is related with the interdisciplinary field of Systems&Control Engineering. Also faculty members of the Mathematics department may supervise M.S. theses provided the topic is an applied mathematics problem and concerns the general area of mathematics for industry.
Programımıza kayıtlı öğrenciler tezlerini, disiplinler arası Sistem ve Kontrol Mühendisliği konularıyla ilgili olmak şartıyla, yukarıda isimleri listelenmiş öğretim üyelerinin yanı sıra, Mühendislik Fakültesi'nin diğer bütün öğretim üyeleri yapabilirler.
Ayrıca öğrenciler tezlerinin konusu endüstrinin genel problemleri ile ilgili uygulamalı matematik konuları olmak şartıyla Matematik Bölümü öğretim üyeleri ile de tezlerini yapabilirler.
